This ADAC whistleblowing portal “Tell‑Me” is a reporting channel in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz). It is operated by ADAC Compliance Service GmbH as the internal reporting office for most ADAC companies. For certain ADAC companies, different internal reporting offices are responsible. If you nevertheless choose to submit a report to ADAC Compliance Service GmbH in such a situation, please note that the German Whistleblower Protection Act does not apply to you. Reports that do not fall within the responsibility of ADAC Compliance Service GmbH will generally be forwarded to the appropriate ADAC entity. You will be informed accordingly. All other reports will remain with ADAC Compliance Service GmbH and will be handled in accordance with the same confidentiality standards.
