Do you have concerns about legal violations, economic or financial misconduct (such as corruption, fraud or breach of trust), or breaches of ADAC compliance policies? Your report can make a real difference. Speaking up helps us identify and stop misconduct at an early stage and prevent harm to ADAC.

You can submit your report with your name or completely anonymously. Your confidentiality and protection are ensured.

In addition, you may use this channel to report potential violations of human rights or environmental standards, as well as breaches of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG).
The ADAC has established its own complaints procedure for this purpose, which complies with the legal requirements and ensures the secure handling of such reports.

After submitting your report, you will receive access to a secure mailbox that enables anonymous communication. Through this mailbox, you will also receive information on how your report is being handled.

The system does not store IP addresses or use tracking tools. It is not possible to trace the information back to you, as long as you do not provide any data that could be used to draw conclusions about your person. Any personal data provided will be treated confidentially in line with legal requirements.

Please note: ADAC has established the “Tell‑Me” whistleblowing portal exclusively for reporting violations of the law, economic or financial misconduct, and breaches of ADAC compliance policies. Reports outside this scope — such as complaints from club members regarding ADAC services — are not handled via this portal. For such matters, ADAC provides other contact options.
